Hoboken is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Hoboken is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New Jersey's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Staff is extremely rude. Went to see a few games during the world cup / nba finals. At no point in time did the server tell us that we had a time limit on our table. We were consuming food and drinks for the first game and while waiting for the other game to start, when the server and the manager approached in a super rude manner and told us we had to vacate the table since our β€˜time was up’. I used to love this place a few years ago, but seems that with the new administration, things have gone south for this place.

Around the Jersey City and Hoboken area, this is one of the few places I would go to eat or even get a burger. Why spend $15 or $22 for food you can make yourself that better and cheaper, but they are consistently great, especially with quality draft beer selection. I usually ALWAYS get the bacon jam delight burger. However, 50% mondays where most of the menu, including burgers and some beers. My usual combo on Mondays is the bacon jam delight burgers, sausage combo for a polish kielbasa and knockwurst sausage with a Warsteiner Dunkel (dark lager), right after the gym. Great service as well btw

I visited Pilsener Haus & Biergarten to watch the Brazil vs. Morocco World Cup game and stayed for the Knicks Finals game afterward. Everything was fine until our server told us that if we wanted to keep our outdoor table, we needed to continue ordering food and drinks. That seemed reasonable, so we ordered more drinks and a large pretzel. As soon as we finished it, I placed another food order. Before the food arrived, our server came back and said her manager wanted us to leave the table and move inside. The problem was that inside was completely packed, with only standing room available. I explained that I didn’t want to eat standing up in a crowded area while trying to watch the game, especially when we had food on the way. The manager (some frat boy looking guy πŸ’€) came over and repeatedly told us we had to leave the table because we had been there for a while, despite the fact that we were still ordering and waiting for food. When I asked if they could at least find us seats inside so we could eat comfortably, he ignored the question and eventually walked away. What made it even more frustrating was that there were multiple groups outside who had been there longer than us an

Used to be our favorite spot in Hoboken where we would go every month, but unfortunately it went south recently. Last time we went there it took forever to get our order and in the end they made mistake in our receipt. But overall atmosphere is lovely. I would recommend this spot for dinner/drinks with friends. Beer selection is huge if you like beer. Our favorite is buffalo wings!! It’s delicious and we order it every time we go there!

There are a ton of beer options available in both half and full liter sizes. They also have a decent sized wine list. Food was great. Highly recommend the bratwurst and potato pancakes. They have outdoor seating with furnaces and plenty of space indoors. Great service and really solid menu.
